These linings are applied with excellent operating results all over the country. Their durability is decidedly greater than durability of the linings applied before, such as: cast steel plates and plastic panels (for example: EPU), basalt blocks etc. Such results are achieved by application of high quality abrasion resistant rubber developed by Institute of Rubber Industry "STOMIL" in Piastów.

We make rubber lining for mills operating in open or closed manufacturing cycle. For open manufacturing cycle mills used for manufacturing of porous concretes or sand-lime brick, we successfully replace mill baffles with helicaly mounted clogging bars enabling intrinsical segregation of grinding media.

  • Lower power use
  • Improving working conditions of the technical services during replacement of the mill lining

Design support for the Rubber Department is construction-technological design office owned by the company, having 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing of rubber parts and rubber – metal parts. Highly skilled professionals develop the documentation for individual products as well as the documentation for the entire machines and the equipment coated with abrasion resistant rubber elements.
